Returns
Our policy covers faulty products that can be returned if the product received features the following issues: obvious and significant color difference(s), or major differences from the product described on the website. Please contact us at bellarycustomdesigns@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will endeavor to provide the best service possible to resolve any issue. We are more than happy to work with a customer to reach an agreement based on our sole discretion. This return policy only applies on orders received within 2 days of delivery.

Please note that for all qualified returns shipping costs must be covered by the customer. Delivery times for your exchanged item may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75.00 you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
